投稿および固定ページ一覧画面にアイキャッチ画像のサムネイルカラムを追加します。
アイキャッチ画像がない場合は、ページ一覧から直接アイキャッチを指定できます。
Add a thumbnail column of featured images to the Posts and Pages list screens.
If a post has no featured image, you can assign one directly from the list view.

- プラグインZIPを
/wp-content/plugins/にアップロードします。 - 管理画面の「プラグイン」メニューから「Show Featured Thumbnails」を有効化します。
投稿一覧・固定ページ一覧にサムネイル列が表示されるようになります。
Upload the plugin ZIP to
/wp-content/plugins/.- Activate “Show Featured Thumbnails” from the Plugins menu in the WordPress admin.
- A new thumbnail column will appear in the Posts and Pages list screens.

管理画面右上の「表示オプション (Screen Options)」から「Featured Thumbnail」のチェックを外すか、プラグインを停止してください。
