When it comes time for your customers to claim, we simply re-order from your store, so you achieve another sale in your business. **How does it work?** First of all? **It’s free to install.** We do not charge you for installing our app on your store or having a merchant account with us. When Ship-Safely is up and running in your shop, customers will be able to access buyer protection at the ‘checkout’ that covers items Damaged, Lost or Stolen throughout the shipping process. Once a customer accepts and pays you for the insurance policy, we will then charge your nominated credit card the amount of the insurance, less your agreed commission. Navigate to the Plugins menu, and click “Add New.”, search for ‘Ship-Safely’. * Install, activate and authorise the connection between your store and Ship-Safely. After looking for shipping insurances and talking with carriers for their insurance, every other option looked like it required a paid membership and loads of bookkeeping, this doesn’t. They also cover various shipment classifications as long as they meet the carrier’s standards. Their customer service is amazing. I ran into a snag during set up and they fixed it in less than 24hrs. Signing up takes less than 5 minutes and is very simple. If you don’t have shipping insurance and need an easy no hassle option, get this. The plugin adds a dropped in app toggle button in the cart. This toggle is set up with normal class tags and names so you can apply or tweak the CSS very easily. It does not appear in the cart while editing, so you will need a separate window open to inspect the element and reformate it. This does work with elementor editor, and I was able to apply the edits in the carts CSS Block specifically to avoid applying it to the whole page.
