Use WordPress’ Add New Plugin feature, searching “Scroll to top | inventivo”, or download the archive and:

Unzip the archive on your computer
Upload inventivo-scroll-to-top directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Settings -> Scroll to top | inventivo and customize colors and texts as needed
