## 外掛說明

Replio is an AI customer-support agent. This plugin adds the Replio chat widget 
to your WordPress site in one step: paste your widget key and save.

You need a Replio account and a website widget key. Get a free 14-day trial at https://
replio.live and copy your key from the dashboard under Channels  Website widget.

### External services

This plugin connects your site to Replio, a third-party AI customer-support service,
to power the chat widget. It is required for the plugin to work, and a Replio account
and widget key are needed.

When a visitor opens the chat on your site, the widget script is loaded from Replio(
https://replio.live/widget.js) and anything the visitor sends — their messages, 
and basic context such as approximate country and browser language — is transmitted
to Replio’s servers to generate replies. Nothing is sent until a visitor interacts
with the chat.

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload the plugin to your site (Plugins  Add New  Upload Plugin) and activate it.
 2. Go to Settings  Replio Chat.
 3. Paste your widget key and save. The chat bubble appears on your site.

### Where do I find my widget key?

In your Replio dashboard (https://replio.live/dashboard.html) under Channels  Website
widget.

### Does it slow down my site?

No. The widget is a single small script loaded asynchronously after your page renders.

### Can I turn it off without deleting it?

Yes. Settings  Replio Chat  untick “Show the chat widget on the site”.
