I've done some homework and tested several real estate plugins but REM was the clear winner. It's very easy to use and customize so I could build a prototype almost instantly even though this was my first WP site. Multi-language support also came in handy as mine is for Korean CRE market. I guess price is also competitive compared to others with many free plugins/features and most of all, dev support has been excellent! (especially considering I've been throwing silly newbie questions.) Only downside is that styling is pretty limited (color/fonts) and you may have to work on CSS codes directly (which is painful) if you're trying to integrate REM with other themes. But it seems they are working on another plugin for that so hopefully it may be resolved soon. All in all, great plugin and would buy one again if I get to make another real estate site!

This plugin is fantastic and offers a lot of options. I've used several other real estate plugins for other projects and nothing comes close to Real Estate Plugin Manager. The support is even better than the plugin. I was having a few issues and the I was blown away by the support. I never expected to get the help without paying for it. The team at webcodingplace.com helped me out with all the issues and responded quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this plugin.
