Create a private review link, send it to a client, and collect page feedback directly on the site instead of managing comments by email, screenshots, or spreadsheets. Reviewers do not need a WordPress account. They can open the private link, enter their name, browse normally, leave pinned comments, reply to threads, resolve their own comments when allowed, and approve pages when all open comments are resolved. Admins can manage review rounds, track open and resolved comments, reply from WordPress, export CSV reports, and monitor approvals from a dedicated dashboard. ### Features * Private review links for client feedback * No WordPress login required for reviewers * Browse mode and intentional comment mode * Pinned comments with threaded replies * Open and resolved comment workflow * Page approval states * Admin comments dashboard * CSV export * Email notifications * Privacy-aware data handling and secure token flow ### Usage 1. Open `Proofment` in the WordPress admin. 2. Create a new review round. 3. Copy the private review link when it is generated. 4. Send the link to your reviewer or client. 5. Review comments, replies, and approvals from the admin screens. ### Security Notes Proofment stores only hashes of raw review tokens and temporary reviewer session secrets. Public review actions require valid reviewer access, active review sessions, and allowed URLs. Admin actions require WordPress authentication and permissions. ### Privacy Notes Proofment may collect reviewer names, optional reviewer emails, comments, replies, timestamps, browser summary, viewport size, and reviewed page URLs during an active review session. Proofment does not send review data to any external service. ### Source Code This plugin does not use a build step. All JavaScript and CSS source files are included directly in the plugin under the `assets` directory in human-readable, unminified form. If a future version introduces compiled or minified assets, the original source files and build instructions will be included in the plugin package or linked from a public source repository. ## 安裝方式 1. Upload the `proofment-website-client-feedback` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate “Proofment” from the WordPress Plugins screen. 3. Open the Proofment admin menu. 4. Create a review round and copy the private link immediately. ## 常見問題集 ### Do reviewers need WordPress accounts? No. Reviewers can open the private review link and identify themselves with a name and optional email. ### Can reviewers move across the site while reviewing? Yes. Proofment keeps the review session active while the reviewer moves through the site. ### Are review links public? No. Review access is gated behind secure review links and temporary reviewer sessions. ### Can reviewers resolve comments? Only when the site admin enables client resolution. When enabled, reviewers can resolve only their own comments. ### Can I export comments? Yes. Admins can export comments as CSV from the dashboard. ### Does Proofment send data to a third party? No. Proofment stores review data on your WordPress site and does not send comments, reviewer details, or approvals to an external service. ### Where can I learn more?
