Очень просто и быстро изменяются миниатюры для сайта. Не смотря на то, что плагин написан очень давно, работает на wordpress 5.2

Just tried it on 4.9.2 and it doesn't work at all. Click the edit button, and you get a page-not-found error. Don't bother unless the author updates it to recent WP versions.

This does not even work. It was a complete waste of time. You should ditch it and quit wasting people's time.
