Plugin is very good, and works as expected informs immediately about posts status to the author and admins
I think one must requirement is when the post is already in PUBLISHED state, if the author edits it and submits it again, the ADMIN should also be intimated since the state goes to PENDING again and ADMIN has to PUBLISH it again
