安裝方式
Automatic
- Click on “Add New Plugin” under WordPress Dashboard, and search for “4Geeks”.
- Install the plugin, then Activate it.
- Click on the plugin settings or go to WooCommerce settings -> Payments -> 4Geeks.
- Add the Client ID and Client Secret.
Follow this guide.
Manual
- Make sure that you have at least PHP Version 5.4
- Upload the plugin zip file in Plugins > Add New and then click “Install Now”
- Once installed, activate the plugin.
- Add your API keys in WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout.

Started with them a long time ago. Had an issue where they froze my payouts without notifying me. Then after about a year they disabled my account when they partnered with Stripe, did not make any attempt to contact me, and was our busy time of year. Cost us thousands of dollars. They are impossible to contact, and are not helpful when you can actually reach someone. Horrible customer service. Do not trust this company. Trust your business with a company that actually has a number you can call for help. Horrible experience.

Utilicé este plugin por un tiempo en mi sitio web y no pudo ser peor la experiencia. Las liquidaciones las hacían a su conveniencia, realizando pagos desde cuentas en el exterior lo que conllevaba a cobros de parte del banco por este tipo de transacciones. Se borraban transacciones de los estados de cuenta de 4Geeks lo cual fue la gota que derramó el vaso.

El servicio de la pasarela no es bueno, la atención al cliente es pésima, realizan cambios arbitrarios en las condiciones sin previo aviso, siempre en detrimento del servicio y en perjuicio del comercio. Lo usé por un par de años a falta de una mejor alternativa en Costa Rica, pero afortunadamente ahora existen otras plataformas con un mejor servicio.

Es una excelente pasarela de pago y muy buena opción, te dan todo lo que uno realmente necesita, demasiado y super recomendado.
