Using this plugin for switch your WooCommerce site in a Catalog site.
There are different option you can choose:

Enable/disable NS WooCommerce Catalog
Hide cart in product detail page
Hide cart in other page
Hide cart and checkout page
Show “more info” button
WPML ready

PREMIUM FEATURES of NS WooCommerce Catalog:

All features of FREE Version
Choose where you want to redirect checkout page
Choose where you want to redirect cart page
Disable product price
Show product price only for registered user
Show Add to cart only in single product page if user is logged in
Show Add to cart inside all pages if user is logged in
Set text for Add to cart button
Set text for Buy button
Hide Add to cart button and Buy button for any single product
Hide price for any single product

安裝方式

Upload the entire ‘ns-woocommerce-catalog’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
View admin menu, then click on ‘Settings’ -> ‘NS WooCommerce Catalog’

Is required WooCommerce to use this plugin?: Yes WooCommerce is required to use this plugin.
This plugin hide cart page and checkout page?: Yes, if you enable option cart page and checkout page doesn’t exist and if you go to /cart/ or /checkout/ you are redirect to home
Code is required to use this plugin?: No code required to use this plugin.

I try other 2 plguins but this is the easiest to use.
