安裝方式

Install NavThems Lazy Load either via WordPress.org plugin repository or directly by uploading the files to your server
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in your WordPress dashboard

After installing is there anything else i need to do ?: Nope. you just have to install it and it will start its magic right away.
