From your WordPress dashboard

Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
Search for ‘MX Time Zone Clocks’
Activate the plugin from your Plugins page.

From WordPress.org

Download ‘MX Time Zone Clocks’.
Upload the ‘MX Time Zone Clocks’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
Activate ‘MX Time Zone Clocks’ from your Plugins page.

tried a few of these today and gave this one a go because the others were too difficult, or didn't work, at least for me. This does, and nicely.
