from links to H3 elements. This improves the visual hierarchy, SEO, and accessibility
by ensuring proper heading structure for screen readers and better compliance with
WCAG guidelines.

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/modify-latest-post-title` directory,
