**Automatic Installation (Recommended)**
 1. Navigate to Plugins > Add New in your
WordPress admin dashboard 2. Search for “Lopaa” 3. Click “Install Now” and then “
Activate” 4. Complete the setup wizard that appears after activation

**Manual Installation**
 1. Download the plugin files from the WordPress repository
2. Upload the `lopaa` folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory via FTP 3.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress admin 4. Navigate to Lopaa
Settings to configure your chatbot

**After Installation**
 1. Ensure WooCommerce is installed and activated (required
dependency) 2. Go to Lopaa Settings in your WordPress admin menu 3. Enter your API
credentials provided by Lopaa.io 4. Configure chatbot appearance and behavior settings
5. Test the chatbot functionality on your website frontend
