安裝方式
From the admin panel, Go to your WordPress Admin -> Plugins -> Add New. Search for Link Shortener. Install and Activate.
From directories, Upload Link Shortener to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

After installing Link Shortner you need to go to post section where you can see the Regenerate link button.

It works but it's not exactly what I expected.It would have been nice if it generated a short link without changing the post's permalink.Permalinks with random chars are a step backwards.
