I have had a problem with the login form on the home page for some time. I tested many plugins, but only this plugin met my requirements.
The only drawback for me is the lack of messages when the login details are incorrect, but it still LH Login Page deserves a set of stars

This plugin does what it is supposed to do. Login or logout from any page and it redirects you back to that page.
