The plugin uses native attachments and does not replace the attachment system. Folders are virtual, safe, and stored in custom plugin tables. Media files remain in their original upload locations. Main features: * Folder and subfolder organization for media attachments. * Smart views for images, videos, audio, PDFs, documents, archives, unused files, missing ALT text, large files, duplicate groups, and uncategorized media. * Safe AJAX media indexing with batch processing. * Automatic index updates when attachments are added, edited, or deleted. * Grid and list views with file size, dimensions, usage state, ALT state, edit/ view links, and usage count. * Bulk assign and remove attachments from virtual folders. * Natural-language media search with a local safe parser by default. * Optional external API provider support controlled by the site administrator and disabled by default. * Browser speech-to-text search when supported by the browser. * Media preview modal for images, video, audio, PDFs, and generic files. * Context menus for folders, smart views, media items, and empty library areas. * Product media checks when WooCommerce is active. * Cleanup reports and activity log. * Import/export for folder structures. Privacy and safety notes: * MediaPilot does not delete physical media files by default. * Folders are virtual and do not move files on disk. * External API usage is disabled by default and only runs after an administrator enables it and saves provider credentials. * External output is validated into safe filters; MediaPilot never runs generated SQL. * The native Media Library replacement option is disabled by default and can be enabled from settings. ## 螢幕擷圖 [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ [[ ## 安裝方式 1. Upload the MediaPilot ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 2. Activate MediaPilot. 3. Go to Media > MediaPilot. 4. Click Sync Index to build the initial media index. 5. Create folders or use Smart Views to audit the library. ## 常見問題集 ### Does MediaPilot move files on the server? No. Folders are virtual and attachments remain in the normal uploads structure. ### Does MediaPilot delete media files? No. The cleanup tools generate reports and safe previews. Physical deletion is not performed automatically. ### Is external API access required? No. The local natural-language parser works without an external API key. External providers are optional and disabled by default. ### What data is sent to external providers? Nothing is sent unless an administrator enables external API access and saves provider credentials. When enabled, MediaPilot sends only the administrator search prompt and the minimal provider request needed to parse that prompt. It does not send media files by default and does not run generated SQL. ### Does the plugin replace the native Media Library? Not by default. You can enable the replacement option from MediaPilot settings after testing it with your theme and plugins. ### Is WooCommerce required?
