Adds a new type of feed you can subscribe to.
 http://example.com/feed/json or `
http://example.com/?feed=json` to anywhere and you’ll get JSON back.

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload the entire `json-feeder` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
