jetpack-only-for-admins.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/jetpack-only-for-admins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- That’s it, you’re done!

New version could be made which adds options under Settings in admin dashboard, where you could select which role

After activation, users, who have “Editor” rights are unable to insert images in posts.
Uninstalling and switching to Adminimize.
