It does not work at all (see support threads.) It includes private, draft, and password- protected pages in the menu dropdown. It keeps the site menu organized and makes it easier for content editors. I was surprised this functionality isn’t built into WP. We wanted our permalinks to include the parent page in the URL for a private section of the site and the default WordPress behavior wasn’t allowing this. Thank you for writing this plugin!
