The customer service is pretty poor as well, sub-contracting sales reps to sell products. Now I am stuck trying to get a refund – after under 8 hours of use; it appears they have problems issuing out refunds and want you to spend a day troubleshooting until they will do anything, such as reloading your theme and possibly losing all your work.
