I've been using the Heymarket app for a few months now and it has changed the way my team communicates with our clients. Between this Wordpress widget, the Facebook integration, and the new Zapier integration, all contact management and lead generation happens almost naturally and we get to focus on taking care of our clients and growing both their businesses and ours. Text messaging for business cases always seemed so hard to manage and was just very clunky before. Now it's so easy, we even use it over Facebook messenger.
