Dashboard is very positive. Problem fixed very fast

I found this with google. There are many helpdesk for wordpress but expensive and looking old. I am new to WP and this plugin is simple and no problems so far (I installed today...). I had a problem and I was given answer in minutes. I would like to see more functions tho...
