Download zip
From your WP admin main menu, navigate to: Plugins > Add New > Upload
Browse to where you downloaded the plugin zip, click “Install Now” then click “Activate Plugin”
Add the shortcode [hcount] to any page, post, or Text widget

Done.

love the idea, but, would love a white background with black text option.
