- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/or install via Plugins > Add New. - Activate it via the Plugins screen.
- Go to Tools > GW Under Construction Mode to configure settings.

Most likely a caching plugin is showing an old version. Clear your cache or disable caching plugins during testing.
