  1. Go to the ‘Add New’ plugins page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Search for the ‘GoTo Contact Center WebChat’ plugin.
  3. Click ‘Install Now’ and activate the plugin.
  4. Select the ‘GoTo Contact Center WebChat’ page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
  5. Add the web chat integration snippet code by logging in to your GoTo Contact Center account and copying the snippet from the relevant chat queue.
  6. Hit ‘Save’ to save the changes.
