**autometa’s FORMA** is a simple plugin that uses the following shortcode:

 * `[forma]` = to generate a comment form.

shortcodes pack.

## 安裝方式

 1. Install it from _Dashboard_/_Plugins_/_Add Plugins_ or download it to your plugin
    folder;
 2. Activate it from _Dashboard_/_Plugins_/_Installed Plugins_;
 3. Write the following shortcode in text fields: `[forma]`.

in special.

Just write the following shortcode inside a text field and between brackets as usual:`[
forma]`.
