Fantasktic is a simple, secure way to fix any one thing WordPress.

It’s WordPress help desk automation.

Sign up for a membership at Fantasktic.com/memberships then complete your profile with the websites you would like to use the plugin.

After you install the plugin on your site you can submit support
requests with one click. It’s that easy.

安裝方式

  1. Upload the folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
  2. Visit the Plugins section in the WordPress admin.
  3. Search for this plugin and select the “Activate” link that appears on hover.
  4. Just click the Support link now found on the left side admin menu and submit a request anytime.

Q: What is a request?
A: A request can be anything from a new feature to an issue you are having with a plugin. We are happy to look at anything, let you know if we can fix it and for how much.

Q: Do I know exactly how much I am going to pay and when?
A: Yes! After you submit your request, our team will review it and send you an email with the total cost to complete your request. There you will enter your payment information and approve the request amount. Then, you will receive another email once your request is complete asking you to verify that your request is in fact done. Only then do you pay. And you pay only the amount you approved.

Q: Is there anything you can’t fix?
A: Well we can’t fix server issues. We can assist in optimizing your website, but we cannot assist with the actual configuration of the server your website lives on. We also at times are unable to assist with custom, unsupported plugins. Though we are always happy to take a look, we will typically make a recommendation for a better solution, but will not take a role in actively developing or updating the plugin.

Q: Do you have a price per hour you charge to make updates?
A: No – we work exclusively on a per request basis. Most individual requests cost $99 however if your request appears it will take additional resources, we will always let you know the total cost to complete your request and require your approval before we begin.

Q: Can I purchase a monthly plan?
A: Absolutely! Our plans our built to meet a variety of needs. We roll them out on an invitation basis so sign up by clicking Plans & Pricing.

Q: After I submit my request what kind of customer support do you guys offer?
A: We offer email and live chat support typically between the hours of 7:00a.m. – 10p.m. Pacific time and try to respond immediately to all inquiries.
