A simple plugin that allows you to customize 8 color swatches underneath the Iris Color Picker. This works for instances of the color picker in themes, plugins, or core. It uses Javascript to send the custom palette to existing Iris objects.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/custom-iris-swatches directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the Settings->Color Swatches screen to configure the plugin

Nope, not yet.

Does this work for Divi Builder?

No, however, Divi Builder has it’s own Swatch settings for Iris Color Picker built in!

What’s the point in having colour swatches if you can’t customize them? Well, now you can! This plugin is simple, but does what it needs to do, and makes the colour picker swatches actually useful. Love it.

The idea for this plugin came about after getting tired of always needing a text file open with hex codes for a project, and then constantly copying and pasting codes into the color picker. Now, for every website I build I just set up the color scheme once in the custom swatches and shazam! They are just always there for me to choose from! It’s such a time saver!
