The plugin allows users of Car Rental Software (CRS) to connect their company website with the platform in order to let their clients use some of its functionality directly from the rental company’s online presence.
In order to use the plugin you have to provide your UID and Api Key that you can find in the settings on Car Rental Software. Once set up, the plugin will transmit and receive data from the platform’s main API endpoint https://carrentalsoftware.myappy.it/api or, if necessary, from one of it secondary endpoints based on other servers, e.g. https://crsbrk**.myappy.it/api.
Usage is restricted to registered users of Car Rental Software and is covered by the platform’s Terms & Conditions and its privacy policy than can be found below:

Usage

Search module

The search module prints out a form that allows the user to request a rental quote from the company. Search modules are configured via CRS and are identified by a unique code. In order to print a specific search module through the CRS Booker plugin, simply add the shortcode [crsbkr_module code=”{{CODE}}”] as shown on CRS on the desired page.

Once the user clicks on the search button, he or she will be redirected to the search results page. This can be any page of your online presence. Simply add the shortcode [crsbkr_search_results] on the page and assign the page itself to the “Search results page” option in the CRS Booker settings.

WebCheck

The webcheck prints out a form that allows the user first, to find his or her reservation and second, to add required personal details to complete the booking on CRS. This will speed up the checkout process when picking up the rented vehicle as the renterer already finds all the necessary information linked to the booking. In this way it is not necessary for the desk operator to manually insert the details. He or she only has to has to verify the completeness and correctness of the provided information.

To use the webcheck on a page of your website, just insert the [crs_webcheck] shortcode and use CSS personalization to adapt it to your style.
