Clio Grow is marketing and client intake software built for law firms. Clio Grow
helps law firms drive growth and brings structure and automation to client intake.
It centralizes lead management and uses built-in tools to engage potential clients,
capture key information, secure e-signatures, and move matters forward efficiently.

The Clio Grow Website Chat plugin for WordPress allows law firms who use Clio Grow
to embed an intake chatbot on their website or blog. Grow AI’s website chat provides
a 24/7 self-serve intake channel directly on your firm’s website. It gathers essential
details from potential clients, ensuring your team has the necessary information
before a consultation. The information flows automatically into your lead intake
workflow where Grow AI continues to assist you by providing summary information 
and key details about leads so that you can make informed decisions about which 
leads to accept or refer to another firm. This feature streamlines your intake process,

**Note:** This is a beta feature that is presently available to select customers
only.

### External services

This plugin connects to the Clio Grow service to load and display an AI-powered 
intake chatbot widget on your WordPress website.

When a page loads on your website, the plugin fetches a JavaScript embed script 
from Clio Grow’s servers (`https://grow.clio.com/chat/grow-embed.js`). This script
renders the chat widget using the Grow subdomain URL you configure in the plugin
settings. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, the conversation data (
messages, contact details provided by the visitor) is sent to and processed by Clio
Grow’s servers.

## 安裝方式

Installing the Clio Grow Website Chat plugin can be done either by searching for
Clio Grow via the Plugins > Add New screen in your WordPress dashboard, or by using
the following steps:

 1. Download the plugin via WordPress.org
 2. Upload the ZIP file through the Plugins > Add New > Upload screen in your WordPress
    dashboard
 3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
