This WordPress plugin allows you to easily create tweetable content for your readers. Use pullquotes and custom messages inside the body of your blog post to highlight your content for the reader and make it simple for them to share on Twitter.

This is a plugin by CoSchedule, the all-in-one content marketing editorial calendar for WordPress.

安裝方式

To install the plugin manually in WordPress:

Login as Admin on your WordPress blog.
Click on the “Plugins” tab in the left menu.
Select “Add New.”
Click on “Upload” at the top of the page.
Select the ‘tm-click-to-tweet.zip’ on your computer, and upload. Activate the plugin once it is uploaded.

To install the plugin manually with FTP:

Unzip the ‘tm-click-to-tweet.zip’ file. Upload that folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory.
Login to your WordPress dashboard and activate the plugin through the “Plugins” tab in the left menu.

A mi de momento me sigue funcionando con la última versión de Wordpress. Yo acabo de personalizarlo con un bonito efecto cortina creado con CSS y me quedado muy atractivo ;).

I use both CoSchedule and Click To Tweet on my blog and I love CoScheudle. I really like Click To Tweet but I wish I could fit more words in each tweet. Is there a way to integrate a link shortening API with Click TO Tweet so that it automatically shortens the URL the tweet is coming from? Either way you guys make a really solid editorial calendar and I can’t get enough of the CoSchedule blog. I would recommend using both of these WordPress tools. Thanks!

Quick install and all you need to do is navigate to the tutorial for a 3 step explanation of how to use the plugin (it’s very simple). Once you create a new post or update an old one there is a new tab with the twitter bird logo. Click on the tab and enter a tweet message with #’s Next option is to choose a design and simply save the page. The plugin displays a tweet box with your tweet message and encourages your visitors to retweet this includes the page url and your message. Tested the plugin to see if it increased the page load time and it didn’t effect it at all. Nice little plugin looking forward to testing the pro version when it gets realest.
