Has lots of features and customization options with private and group chats, as well as rooms. Works well for getting your website visitors or online community members engaged. If you’re looking for a real time interaction platform for your site, this may be the plugin for you.

This is great software, until you have a problem, then you get zero support!!!! I have been a paying customer of chatwee for many years, I wrote the review from Percy Grower you can see below this. But this software has changed!
It slows down my site causes many issues, and when i ask for “premium support” that I pay for, I get no reply for days at a time. There are many other chat software providers that do reply when you ask for help. Do not use this plug in if you want support when things go wrong, you simply won’t get it!
Simply, the worst support I have ever received online, for any plug in or service i have used…SHOCKING!

The review here are old! This plug in is awesome, and a great addition to my website! The support was amazing with help setting up too. I really can’t fault it!

Chatwee works fine on my sites. Installation is quick, social login works well and customization options are great. I have nothing to complain about this plugin. Good job.

First off, let me tell you WordPress users, Chatwee customers support is almost nonexistent, I mean very bad. I had bought the Pro Plan from them 15 days ago and in that period I was lucky if they replied to me 5 times out of my 25 e-mails, I had seen a lot better customer services around so if your website is important to you, stay away from that misery.
Secondly, they are doing false advertising on there website as selling the software saying it is coming with a full SSO features as in reality it is limited and not working with the hyperlink they are providing you.Only option to have SSO enable and working on your site is to choose the Bubble floating chat theme or embedded within your website – no hyperlink is working with the SSO option, what a turn off !!!
Just stay away from this software, you will spare time, money and frustrations.

It doesn´t interact well with other plugins, in my case the one for supporting prism.js
