plugins -> Add New
search for ‘Chat Lite’
click on Install Now and then Active.

using FTP or similar

Unzip “chat-lite” file and
Upload “chat-lite” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
