Custom scroller - Blue color in the image shows the part of webpage scrolled and the unfilled part shows remaining contents in the page 
Scroller info - It shows area of webpage left unread. Clicking on it will take you to the top of the page with animated effects. 
Custom Scroller Design - It shows the admin panel from where you can customize your designs. Its very simple and easy to choose. 
Custom Scroller Settings - It shows different options to choose for designing your own scroll to top icon as per your theme.
安裝方式
From WordPress.org
- Download CG Scroll To Top.
- Upload the ‘cg-scroll-to-top’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favourite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
- Activate CG Scroll To Top from your Plugins page.
From WordPress Admin Panel
- Click on Add new under Plugin menu.
- Type CG Scroll To Top in the input field and press enter.
- Install and Activate CG Scroll To Top from listing.

Es un plug bastante sencillo, el mejor que me he encontrado de todos los gratis, con esta función. Muy bueno.

It looks beautiful.
But it does more than described: it also adds smooth scrolling with no settings to #links. And plugin does it in JS, in a way no #link is added to browser url, css :selected is not set, css styles doesn't work.
Plugin does what it wasn't supposed to do, in non-standard way, breaking things. Can't disable it.
If could disable it, and could set top scroll speed to 0 (instant), then it's easy 5 stars. But right now it's too messy, will not use it.
Would probably add a semi-transparent background to animated item, if it's above content as it is, it's awkward.
