Upload the `categorized-tag-cloud` directory into the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress 3. Inside the `Themes->Widget` menu, place the Categorized Tag Cloud inside a sidebar, customize the settings and save 4. Simple and useful plugin, it does what it’s meant for.
Random order does not work properly and with tags count it would be perfect.
