Hey, I recently bought the plugin as $99. But it didn’t work in mobiles even if 
I followed their guide. So, I sent email for the CEO and developer team, I submitted
information of admin about my site and FTP for them. I required that the plugin 
developer should choose one way from refund or fixing the issue as accessing my 
site directly. I sent email for them 4 times (last OCT 6, 7, 8, 11.) But I didn’t
get a right answer yet.

Not sure if your plugin works for me but the price for audio files is very expensive.
