## 外掛說明

**App26 Mobile App** is the official WordPress bridge for the App26 store manager
mobile application.

After you install this plugin on the same WordPress site your App26 app connects
to, you get:

 * Storefront support chat widget
 * Staff replies from the App26 mobile inbox
 * Order status SMS through your existing SMS plugin panel
 * One-time customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey links
 * Lightweight realtime revision endpoints for the mobile app
 * Dashboard bundle endpoint to reduce WooCommerce API round-trips

#### Requirements

 * WordPress 6.0+
 * PHP 7.4+
 * WooCommerce
 * An App26 mobile app account connected with an Application Password that can manage
   WooCommerce

#### Admin screens

All settings live under **App26** in wp-admin:

 * Overview
 * Support (chat widget)
 * Customer satisfaction
 * SMS settings

#### SMS

If a compatible SMS plugin is installed (WP SMS, Persian WooCommerce SMS, FarazSMS,
Melipayamak, and similar), open **App26  SMS settings**, enable sending through 
the site SMS panel, and optionally edit the order-status message template.

#### Privacy

This plugin stores chat conversations, satisfaction responses, and SMS-related options
on your WordPress site. Push device tokens are stored when the mobile app registers
them. The plugin does not send store data to App26 servers by itself; the mobile
app talks to your site over the WordPress REST API.

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload the `app26-bridge` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the ZIP 
    via **Plugins  Add New  Upload Plugin**.
 2. Activate **App26 Mobile App**.
 3. Make sure WooCommerce is active.
 4. Open **App26** in wp-admin and configure Support, Satisfaction, and SMS.
 5. Connect the App26 mobile app to your site with an Application Password.

## 常見問題集

### Do I need to paste chat code into my theme?

No. After activation, the support widget loads on the storefront automatically when
enabled.

### Which SMS plugins are supported?

Common gateways such as WP SMS, Persian WooCommerce SMS, FarazSMS, Melipayamak, 
and SMSWOO are detected automatically. You can also hook custom providers with the`
app26_sms_provider` and `app26_sms_send` filters.

### Will App26 send duplicate SMS?

If your SMS plugin already sends WooCommerce order notifications and “force send”
is off, App26 will not send a second message. Enable force send only when you need
App26’s template as well.

### Does this replace WooCommerce?

No. It adds REST helpers and storefront features used by the App26 mobile app.
