Visit [agentowine.com](https://agentowine.com) for more information. ### External Services This plugin relies on AgentoWine, a third-party service, to provide its functionality. The plugin does not load anything and does not send any data until you enter your Client ID in the settings page. Once a Client ID is configured, the plugin loads the chatbot widget script from ` https://chatbot.agentowine.com/chatbot.js` on the public pages of your site. When the chatbot is active, the following data is sent to AgentoWine servers: * the configured Client ID, to identify your AgentoWine account, on every page where the widget is loaded; * the messages that your visitors type into the chat, in order to generate the assistant’s replies; * standard technical data included in any web request (such as IP address, browser user agent and site language). Install the plugin from the WordPress Plugins screen, or upload the `agentowine- chatbot` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress 3. Go to Settings AgentoWine Chatbot 4. Enter your Client ID (provided by AgentoWine) 5. Save the settings The chatbot will automatically appear on all pages of your site, in the position you selected. ## 常見問題集 ### Where do I find my Client ID? Your Client ID is provided when you activate the AgentoWine service. Contact info@ agentowine.com or visit agentowine.com for more information. ### Can I customize the position of the chatbot? Yes. You can choose one of the four corners of the screen, or enable custom positioning and set exact pixel coordinates, separately for desktop and mobile. ### Can I customize the appearance of the chatbot? Advanced customizations (colors, theme) are managed from the AgentoWine control panel. The WordPress plugin uses the optimal default settings. ### Does the chatbot slow down my site? No. The chatbot script is loaded in the footer and does not impact the initial rendering of your pages. Nothing is loaded at all until you configure a Client ID. ### Does it work with any WordPress theme? Yes, the chatbot is designed to work with any WordPress theme. ### Can I use the chatbot in a different language? The chatbot automatically detects the language of your WordPress site.
