The Plugin Provides An Option To Users To Hide the Admin Bar From All Users Or Only From Non-Admin Users.

Upload the admin-bar-manager directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory of your site.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
You will find the settings under Dashboard- > Settings -> Admin Bar Manager
