## 外掛說明

4A Scratch gives eligible WooCommerce orders one digital scratch card. Customers
scratch with mouse or touch to reveal a reward. Winning discount coupons are generated
server-side, limited to one use and restricted to the order email address.

Free includes:
 * One active scratch campaign * Two coupon prizes plus a no-prize
outcome * Relative prize weights * Percentage and fixed-cart discounts * Unique 
one-use coupons * Configurable coupon expiry * Scratch card on the order-received
page * Scratch card in My Account order details * Basic result counters * Safe admin
test mode * Editable no-prize message * Touch and mouse support

4A Scratch Pro is designed to add public/homepage scratch campaigns, multiple campaigns,
free-product rewards, scheduling, advanced conditions, design controls and deeper

## 安裝方式

 1. Upload and activate 4A Scratch.
 2. Make sure WooCommerce is active.
 3. Open 4A Scratch in the WordPress admin menu.
 4. Configure your campaign and reward weights.
 5. Place a test order before using the campaign on a live store.

## 常見問題集

### Can a customer scratch the same order twice?

No. The first revealed result is stored on the WooCommerce order and subsequent 
views show that same result.

### Are winning coupons reusable?

No. Free creates a unique coupon with a usage limit of one and restricts it to the
billing email address of the order.

### How do the chances work?

The weights are relative. For example, weights 20, 10 and 70 result in 20%, 10% 
and 70% chances.
