I don't understand why this plugin is necessary just to upgrade their 10Web Social Feed plugin to the premium version, as all that should be required is to send a download link for the updated plugin after purchase. Instead, this 10Web Manager co-opts your website for 10Web's proprietary dashboard system. Even then, their dashboard does not offer clear steps for how to upgrade from the free 10Web Social Feed plugin to the version I paid for. I paid for the Advanced license, but the 10Web Social Feed plugin is broken after upgrade. The 10Web Manager plugin is not helpful. Product support is nonexistent as support agents will lie to paying customers saying the ticket is being escalated, response will come within 24 hours, etc. but there hasn't been a peep in the 24 hours since I submitted my urgent ticket. 10Web seems content to just take your money and then do nothing else. I will be requesting a refund, wish me luck if I actually end up receiving it.

They should let people know on their website that it will be connected to their platform. I don't need your platform. I can use my own wordpress. You are cheated your customers. A poor communication. I am not sure the number they posted on their website is real or fake. Do not buy in!

If i knew u had to connect my site to their page in order to install the plugins i bought from them i probably would have chosen something else. They should just let me download and install it.

This is 10Web's plugin to link and manage websites with their dashboard. The plugin is easy to use; simply install, activate, and connect to your 10Web account. I believe it even has the option of white labeling it through the 10Web dashboard. My experience with 10Web has been a good one, support has solved issues when they've come up but overall what I'm really impressed with is the speed of my sites hosted with them.

We have been on 10web for sabkadentist.com since the last 1 year. We brought the deal from appsumo and then have added 7 more sites to our 10web portfolio. I think its the best tool we have come across for managing worpress elementor based sites. It is fast, easy and comes with all the important plugins included in the plan. For a single site at USD10 a month its a steal!

Given how much of a nightmare shared hosting is with very slow chat response and having to go through all the steps of installing wordpress etc 10web managed hosting is a breeze. Well worth paying extra for image optimisation and boosting the speed of your website. And on top of it they stick to their promises which is not that common nowadays! A+++++
